Nicolas Rider

Founder of Rubber Communications, Nicolas splits his time between Berlin and London, keeping an eye on the most interesting trends, places, spaces and insights to share with his network. He has worked in the Marketing industry for 20 years, leading campaigns for some of the most well known brands in the world such as Netflix, Coca-Cola, Harley-Davidson, Bacardi, Sage Appliances, Becks and The London Eye. Nic’s experience covers many different sectors, giving him a deep understanding of the myriad ways to communicate with various demographics. 

Nic also consults as a creative resource for a variety of agencies in the UK and Germany. Having previously managed big brand executions as well as working within specific creative teams, he is uniquely placed to offer creative input which is supported with over 10 years of actually put these plans into practise in market. Nicolas previously assumed the role of Creative Director for M&C Saatchi DE as well as consulting for agencies in the UK such as Mission and Smyle.

Our Germany network is ever evolving, today we have six core members who have over 75 years experience between them. Each Rubber Freelancer has a strong local network of media, bloggers and influencers allowing for the best solution to any brief.
